Thanks for your reply! Attached is our summer events schedule. In addition to what is on it, we are also offering a raptor handling class June 7th. If anyone is interested, they can call or email to be put on the list. The cost is $20 per person. If anyone in your group is interest in summer camp for kids ages 8-12, we have a great Jr. Zookeeper daycamp in late June.

7th Annual Wind Festival**- May 3rd & 4th

Large kite flying fields, wind gadgets, flags, vendors, kite flying

Music Festival Weekends**- August 1st, 2nd & 3rd
Bluegrass weekends include food vendors, workshops, contests, & zoo tours!

Friday: Barn Dance at 7:00pm with Syd Masters & The Swing Riders.
Saturday: Music starts at 11:00am and goes till 9:00pm on two stages. Saturday lineup
includes bands such as Byron Berline Bluegrass, Folk and Celtic music and many others

Chuckwagon Saturday Nights at 7pm- June 28th – September 6th
BBQ feast, followed by vintage western swing music by Syd Masters & the Swing Riders or
Sons of the Rio Grande. Hayrides, zoo tours, and peregrine falcon presentations!

Bear Fair – Saturday July 12th, 10am-4pm
Bear experts, vendors, wildlife exhibitors, behind the scenes tours.
Junior Zookeeper Day Camp- Two sessions: June 16-20 & June23-27
Day camp is two 1 week sessions Monday – Friday, 9am-12pm.
Our experienced zookeepers will work with children 8-12, teaching them zoo keeping techniques,
animal enrichment, basic animal husbandry and biology.
Harvest Festival/ Run , Rally and Rock**- August 23 & 24th
10am to 9pm Saturday & 10am to 4pm Sunday
Enjoy free food tasting & food for sale from local growers market, blacksmith demonstrations,
antique tractor, truck, machinery, model trucks, & tractor displays.
Parade Sat AM--Chuckwagon Dinner Saturday night. 5K fun run/
1 mile walk Sunday at 8am. Ongoing entertainment both days!
