SUMMER CAMP 2008
This camp will introduce each student to Olympic style fencing. Each day we will work on reflexes, decision making, strengthening, footwork, tactics and techniques for fencing.
Each camp ends with a Saturday tournament. We encourage family and friends to come to watch the tournament!
Dates: June 17 - 21 8 - 12 year olds -- Camp #1
June 24 - 28 12 - 16 year olds -- Camp #2
Cost: $200 (we offer family discounts)
Location: Duke City Fencing
2840 Girard Blvd. NE
Hours: 10am - 2pm
Tuesday - Saturday
Ages: 8 years - 12 years -- Camp #1
12 years - 16 years -- Camp #2
Food: Each student is required to bring lunch daily.
We provide drinks (choice of water, apple or
orange juice) and fruit for snacks. Lunch is at
noon each day.
Clothing: Students will need two t-shirts (per day), a pair
of athletic shorts and a long pair of athletic pants
(sweats) and non-marking shoes.
Reservation Information:
A $100 deposit is required for each reservation. We accept cash or checks. (Checks should be made out to Duke City Fencing.) These funds will be held until the first day of camp. The balance is due on the first day of camp.
Camp #1 deposits are due on or before the 9th of June.
Camp #2 deposits are due on or before the 16th of June.
Each camp will be limited to 12 children.
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund is available with a 72 hour notice so we may fill the vacancy.
