NMHSCU--Los Alamos: Chorus Registration

Hi everyone,

The Homeschool Activity Day (HAD) registration meeting is to be held Tuesday, August 14, at 7:00 p.m. at Bryce Avenue Presbyterian Church. If you want your child to participate in the Chorus this year, we ask that you please attend this meeting. I have attached the registration form. Fill it out and bring it with you to the meeting. We ask that you pay for the music fee and half of the tuition at the time of registration. If this is a problem, please contact me and we can work something out.

If you absolutely cannot make the meeting, you need to contact Kris Hollis at kjhkah7@msn.com, e-mail a completed registration form to me, and contact me to make arrangement for fee payment. We will also be registering kids at the first rehearsal, but there will be a $10 late fee for registrations received after we make our music order.
