Last Call for Renzulli Learning Participants for Virtual Homeschool District)

I am in no way affiliated with Renzulli, but I want to use their online
enrichment & differentiation activities and resources for my daughter. This
system is currently only available for school "groups". So I have been
working with Renzulli Learning http://www.renzullilearning.com/ and they
have agreed to allow the creation of a California "Virtual Homeschool
District" and are ready to begin our sign-ups. This is a pilot program for
Renzulli and they are very excited to work with the gifted homeschool
community. Homeschoolers outside the state of California are welcome to
participate in this 'district'.

The system is designed to be used by independent readers in grades 2 through
8.

Please review the blurb below, the website and the tour to help determine
how this applies to your child. Materials begin at the Kindergarten level,
and children who do not yet read independently are welcome to use the
system, with the understanding that it will require adult assistance.

Please let me know if you are interested and for how many children. We
currently have ten more spaces available, though Renzulli Learning may
extend this, depending on interest levels. Children will be registered on a
first come, first served basis.

Our Virtual Homeschool District will share a District Code, but each family
will have their own Teacher registration(s), and individual registrations
for each child. Students control access to their information, choosing
their teacher, so only the Teacher they choose can see that Student's
information. No other Teacher on the system will have access to your child's
information.

I will volunteer to act as the District Manager, but I need one or two other
parent to learn the Manager's responsibilities in case I am not available to
help someone when they need assistance. (Though we will have access to
Renzulli Customer Support in the event of system problems, etc.)

The membership fee will be $40/child, regardless of age or grade level, for
one calendar year. The year should begin in the next few days.
