ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- The New Mexico Museum of Natural History and
Science in Albuquerque will study the fossil remains of a 10 million-
year-old creature called an oreodont.
The fossilized upper and lower jaw and other fragmentary fossil bones
were discovered last month at the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife
Refuge near Socorro.
