The Three Pipers of Rio Rancho will be performing a special concert of bagpipe music at the Loma Colorado Main Library auditorium. The program will include a history of the bagpipe and a few jokes! When: Tues., Dec., 4th, 6:30pm. Where:755 Loma Colorado Dr. NE, RR, NM.
