This does not include all of the individual children's performers that I have scheduled for Summer Reading (otherwise it would be a massive email). Description: Summer Reading Program Special Events & Activities. This year’s Summer Reading Program offers a host of special events and activities for children and families. Description: Every Child Ready to Read Storytimes. Storytimes will be for children ages 2-5 and will incorporate methods used during Every Child Ready to Read workshops, which teach parents and caregivers how to help children develop pre-reading skills, build vocabulary and develop language skills. These storytimes will take place Monday through Saturday at various libraries in the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Library System.
