Hiyashi Chūka Gyū Donburi Soba and Zaru Soba Oyako Donburi Katsu Kare

Having grown up in Japan, I learned to cook from the very best! After many years of working in Japanese

restaurants and cooking Japanese foods, these are just a few of the meals I can teach you how to make

(as well as many other International dishes!). You will learn “hands-on” the basics of making different

sauces and broths, how to cook “perfect” Japanese rice, season sushi rice, and cook a wide variety of

meals; you’ll learn where to buy the ingredients and who has the best prices. We’ll make the meal in a

fun and relaxed atmosphere, then enjoy your meal or take it home with you! You’ll also take home your

“easy to read” recipe, to remake meals that your family will love, or to entertain friends or guests!
