This is a new event that will be happening on the second Wednesday of every month! This month because the second Wednesday is Valentine's Day it will happen this coming Wednesday night, February 7th. I know this is short notice but during our discussion of burnout last week we all decided how nice it would be to meet on a different night and do things that were low cost or free. (I also apologize we had some things happen this past week that just threw everything off for me so I did not get this sent out till now.) We know there are a lot of parents out there that had different lives before kids, that have very interesting hobbies, or just are neat people and we want to you to share! So this month, this week we are just going to bring games that can be played as a group.
Next month (March) we are going to paint self-portraits. Do not be intimidated this is supposed to be fun!
Mostly our goal is to get deep healing belly laughing, good chatter and just meet with some great parents who share the same bond of homeschooling! So here are the details this month:
What: 'Our Night Out'
Subject: Game Night (bring group games if you have them, Gestures or Pictionary type things come to mind.)
Cost: Free and as inexpensive as possible
When: Wednesday, February 7th
6:30-8:30PM
