Fundamentals introduces, in accordance with USAG, the TYSON FITNESS PROGRAM! The Tyson Fitness Program is known nationally and used throughout the country for multiple purposes. In this program, children and teens can participate in cardiovascular, strength, agility, games, and healthy lifestyle lessons. Because the TYSON FITNESS PROGRAM is nationally known, it makes the perfect addition to any home school portfolio
