The New Mexico Ballet Company performs this enchanting tale, dancing to Tchaikovksy's timeless and compelling music.
This abbreviated Popejoy Schooltime performance is always a favorite and features on-stage narration for the story of young Clara's fantastic adventure.
Standards Connections: Language Arts, Fine Arts/Theater, Music & Dance.
The Nutcracker
The lavish costumes, sets and scenery highlight this wonderful annual introduction to classical music and ballet.
Tickets may be ordered online with an accompanying phone call to pay by credit card until November 20 at 6pm.
After that all tickets must be purchased at the UNM Bookstore Ticket Office (Tuesday- Friday 10 - 6 and Saturdays 12 - 4). Please call ahead for seating availability: 277-6746.
Beginning November 2, all tickets will cost $4.
