Nancy Bartlit will sign copies of her book, Silent Voices of World War II in conjunction with the Historical Museum exhibit, A Challenge to Civil Rights: Japanese American Internment During World War II. The book, which is being used as a text for high school history classes in New Mexico, includes extensive information on the internment camp in Santa Fe. Pulitzer Prize-winning author Richard Rhodes called Silent Voices, "A fascinating and well-organized revelation of the many connections--human, military and technical--between New Mexico and the Pacific War."
