Dr. Raymond Moore passed away on Friday, July 13th at the age of 91. He
had suffered a stroke on Father's Day. He was widely regarded as a
homeschooling pioneer. His early book, Home Spun Schools, inspired many
parents who were not content with surrendering their children to the
public school system.
