I must say Los Alamos has got some great classes and activities, all the things that I post and Los Alamos seems to have Albuquerque beat in terms of interesting and cool things to do! And you have the love the 'Ninja Librarian' that sends these out! --Tabbi

Hey everyone!
First of all, let me tell you the dates/times for the two TAG meetings in November. (we decided not to have another October meeting due to Halloween)
**TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH - MEETING ROOM 1
4:30-5:15 - Book discussion & checkout (and FOOD!)
5:30-6:00 - DDR in downstairs program room (only for those who attended the meeting!)**
**TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 27TH - MEETING ROOM 1
4:30-5:15 - Book discussion & checkout (and FOOD!)
5:30-6:00 - DDR in downstairs program room (only for those who attended the meeting!)**
Now the exciting news about CLUB ANIME! It's now OK for you to bring back the permission slips signed at home!!!! That's right, you don't have to have your parents come in to sign, although that's still totally OK and encouraged. BUT if you bring in a permission slip already signed, make sure your parents know that I will be calling them to discuss Club Anime. That's the exchange: your parents don't have to come in to sign, but they have to speak to me on the phone just so everyone is clear on the rules and requirements. Sound like a pretty good deal? I thought so!! ^___^
That means when you show up for TAG on the 6th you can bring signed permission slips. We already have FIVE and we just need FIFTEEN more to have our first viewing of Tsubasa!! We can do it! We also received our first DVD from Anime ADVocates, which contains two episodes of "Pumpkin Scissors" and one episode of "Yugo the Negotiator." We'll discuss a schedule for screening those too!
So, make sure you forward this e-mail to all your friends who might be interested in either TAG *or* CLUB ANIME and definitely make sure you're at our next meeting. If you have ANY questions or need a permission slip for CLUB ANIME, you can either come in to see me at the library, call me (662-8257) or e-mail me back at this address!
Thanks everyone, can't wait to see you all next time!
