Here is the flyer to be posted on the NM Homeschool Community website.
I know some of you may not be able to make the event, but if you could
pass the word on we would be very thankful!

I checked out the NM Homeschool Community website and in the posting
for the Nov. 17 workshop we are doing the PDF files were not coming

Homeschool Family Guided Visit
& Artmaking Workshop
Saturday, November 17
All Ages
10:30AM - 11:30AM
Guided visit at 516 ARTS
Guided visits are comprised of an informational tour with discussion
encouraged. Students view the work, learn about them, and are
encouraged to consider other perspectives and formulate their own
opinions.
There is no fee for the guided visit.
516 ARTS is an independent, nonprofit, museum-style gallery in Downtown
Albuquerque offering free arts education programs for all ages.
Exhibiting local, national, and international artists, 516 ARTS focuses
on content-driven work that inspires discussion and communication.
12:30PM - 2 PM
Artmaking workshop at OFFCenter Arts
Participants will visually develop the thoughts and feelings generated
by the exhibitions at 516 ARTS. Spontaneity will be encouraged in a
relaxed atmosphere. Materials and guidance will be provided by
OFFCenter Arts.
There is a $5 fee per person or $10 per family for the workshop.
OFFCenter Art Studio is located just three blocks west of 516 ARTS.
OFFCenter Community Arts Project is a nonprofit community art space in
Downtown Albuquerque. The center is home to a studio, gallery and sales
shop. Individuals, families and groups participate in a wide variety of
both casual open studios and organized activities. OFFCenter Arts works
to generate a stronger local community through creative social
dialogue.
PRE -REGISTRATION REQUIRED
How to register. Families and students are welcome to participate in
either or both activities. To register please contact Bryan Kaiser, 516
