PLEASE UPDATE, ABQ GRP INFO!!

Here is the list of groups that I have in Albuquerque and it's surrounding areas. Please check to see that your group is 1.) Listed 2.) Description of group is correct 3) Contact info is correct 4) Correctly identified as secular, inclusive, or of a certain religion. If you have corrected info, do not find your group here or know of other groups that I can list please let me know the info as soon as possible so that when new people come into the state or new homeschoolers join our community they can find the best group that might fit their family! Heights Homeschool Organization (H2O)
Group meeting for support, fellowship and fun.

Education Resource Center A non-profit organization providing curriculum for preview or check-out; catagorized into subjects: math, reading, writing, history, science, language art, etc for grades K-12. Provides consultations for new homeschoolers and referrals (for example, where to find a homeschool tennis group, etc.). They also offer cassettes from CAPE-NM Conventions, how-to books on homeschooling, and family videos. Hours: Wednesday and Friday from 10:00-4:00. Location: Grace Baptist Chapel, 12201 Commanche. Homeschool Science Club
An inclusive group meeting to share, present, and discover the world of science. Monthly subjects ranging from geology to papermaking, from chemistry to rockets.

A Mother's Heart - Meets every other Friday at Desert Springs Church. Sign up at the end of each semester for the following semester's classes. These classes fill up quickly.
