Heart Zones USA, a training, coaching, and education company announces the next stop on their national seminar tour to be staged in Albuquerque on Saturday, June 23rd and Sunday, June 24th at the JCC. The educational event is for anyone who wants to learn about how to get physically fit, lose weight, and be emotionally healthy. Led by Sally Edwards, best selling author and Triathlon Hall of Fame triathlete, the foundation seminar and workshop is from 1:00 am - 4:00 pm followed by a one-hour workshop workout.
