Alamos Little Theatre presents "The Boxcar Children," by Barbara Field, based on the Gertrude
Chandler Warner books, Fridays and Saturdays, Sept. 7,8, 14, 15, 21, and 22 at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Sept. 16, at 2:00 p.m. Tickets ($12, $10 for students and seniors) are available at CB Fox or at the door, the Performing Arts Center, 1670 Nectar St. in Los Alamos.

--Preview mini-performance at Mesa Public Library, youth floor, on Wed., Sept. 5, at 4 PM
