Albuquerque: Homeschool Event at 516 ARTS-Guided Tour/Art Making/Info on Volunteering/Interning for Teens

10:00AM - 11:30AM Guided visit of
current exhibition at 516 ARTS.
Guided visits are comprised of an
informational tour followed by a
group discussion/critique. Students
learn about a work, view the work,
and are encouraged to consider other
perspectives and formulate their own
opinions. This particular guided visit
will be a private showing of the video
art featured in Ghosts in the Machine.
There is no fee for the guided visit.




11:30AM - 1:00PM
Art-making
workshop at OFFCenter Arts.
Students will visually develop thoughts
and feelings related to Ghosts in
the Machine. Spontaneity will be
encouraged in a relaxed atmosphere.
Materials and guidance will be provided
by OFFCenter Arts.
There is a $5 fee per person for the
art-making workshop. OFFCenter is
located at 808 Park Avenue SW, just a
few blocks from 516 ARTS.
