The integrated units presented here are the results of a course, Children's Literature Across the Curriculum, taught during the Summer Teacher Institute at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. They were written by the students in the course. The format of the units is patterned after the Jackdaws Series by Teachers Ideas Press. Units are no more than two pages and are only suggestions of how a particular title might be used across the curriculum. contains unit studies for a number of books.
