You just need a library card in the Albuquerque Library system (and sorry I believe you must be a resident of Albuquerque or qualifying surrounding areas) but you get FREE access to the Rosetta Stone for languages, newspapers, geneaology, digital books and so much more...seriously check it out it is one of the best kept secrets around and it is there just waiting to be used!
