Thanks to the CABQ's Air Quality Assurance Department @ the Not Back to School Fair

Many of you have asthma or kids with breathing issues but air quality is important for all of us! There is a place where you can see if it is a safe day for our most sensitive breathers or not and what exactly is blowing through our air! Not only does this website help you check the air quality in the City of Albuquerque but those of you in other parts of the state might be able to show your city officials the necessity and benefits of having such a program in place. Perhaps your child is interested in this important part of our ecosystem and wants to learn more? Please contact Therese below to see what programs are available or to learn more about air quality in your part of town. She does have a state contact if you are not in the City of Albuquerque.

Air Quality is important to everyone! The resources on this site will keep you informed about air quality issues that may affect you and what you can do to help keep our air as clean as possible. You will also find information on ordinances, regulations and business resources pertaining to air quality.
